The spa is set at 102 degrees all year long. If the spa is not heating, please contact us.
You can set the spa to any temperature between 98 degrees and 103 degrees.
Please do not lower the temperature of the spa to below 98 degrees since it could take days to raise the temperature back up to 102 for other guests if the temperature is reduced too low.
Important Note: Turn the jets off when leaving the spa and make sure the cover is back on the spa. These two things help the spa to maintain the proper temperature.
Important Note: There is a chlorinator floater in the spa. Please make sure this stays in the spa at all times. This helps keep the spa safe for swimming. Even leaving the chlorinator out for one night can reduce the chlorine levels to below what they need to be for safe swimming. Please make sure that the chlorinator in the spa is not placed in the circle filter. It will suck the chlorine out. It needs to be floating in the spa when no one is in it. You can put it there temporarily, but needs to be put back in to float around when no one is using it. You also do not need to adjust the chlorinator as it is set to release the right amount of chlorine as it is. It may look like it is closed but it is actually opened very slightly.
Caution: If the temperature of the spa shows above 104 degrees Fahrenheit, do not enter the spa. Reduce the temperature a few degrees and turn on the jets and wait for the temperature to go down.
Safe Swimming: We have a professional, certified pool technician responsible for pool and spa maintenance. If you have any concerns or questions, please call the house manager.
Disclaimer: SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Also, note that pregnant women should not use the hot tub.
